When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 1-2 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
Free worldwide shipping with no minimum purchases
- Domestic orders
Orders within Singapore ship via Singpost registered mail will take 5 business days to reach you.
- International orders
We ship to anywhere in the world via Singpost registered mail. You can expect to receive your purchases within 15-20 business days.
*Please note that these are estimated delivery time, therefore Belmto is not able to guarantee delivery dates.
How can I track my parcel?
When your order is shipped, an email containing a tracking number will be sent to you. This number allows you to easily track the whereabouts of your order. Tracking data will not update until 1 day later so do not worry if your tracking number doesn't work immediately.
Taxes and duties
All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties. Belmto is not responsible for any taxes or duties applied to your order. Please contact your local customs office for further information regarding taxes and duties.
Refunds shall only be performed if parcels are not received and have gone missing two months after the date of investigation with the post office. Refunds will also be performed if items are broken upon receipt.
We offer a 30-day return policy, if for any reason you wish to return an item, we gladly offer store credit for your item from when you receive your item. We do not offer cash refunds at the moment. Please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all tags attached and associated packaging in it's original condition. If an item is returned to us in an unsuitable state, we may have to send it back to you. For returns, a shipping cost of 6USD will be deducted from the store credit.
